Hi, this is Claire Coyle, of ClaireVoice.com. Today, I thought it would be fun to do 3 different styles for an IVR (INTERACTIVE Voice Response)


This is something you would hear from an answering service for a business, or a doctor's or lawyers office, or a children's education center... in fact, those are the 3 styles I wanted to demonstrate today. I want Clairevoice.com to come across as fun, upbeat, positive, and professional with a prompt can-do attitude to give my clients the feeling that I'll give my best effort to their project.


Working with a business like a professional office for a doctor, for example, the tone would probably be more serious and formal.


With a children's learning center, you would want the caller to get a friendly, kind, and inclusive vibe to let parents know this business will give their child a great experience.
